Nick Maxwell @ The Lab

It took no more than a few exchanges via e-mail to accomplish this but,  we see it as a big step.

Nick Maxwell, the person behind Nick’s Tutorials, accepted to write a weekly column for us, here at the PublicSpaces Lab website.

Nick Maxwell’s tutorials have always been a great resource for everyone that is really into Ableton. His straight to the point and hands-on approach to the theme of every tutorial, always open the doors to go deeper into an already amazing tool.

PublicSpaces Lab’s team welcomes Nick warmly and look forward his great content.

About Nick Maxwell (on his own words)
I’ve been consumed by sound design in one way or another for over 10 years. Over this time I’ve come to embrace a variety of techniques for manipulating audio, generating intriguing timbres from all manner of sources whether sampled or synthesized. While I strongly favor ambient soundscapes and abstract beats, my interests tend to bounce around quite a bit. I started Nickstutorials.com in 2008, featuring video tutorials on sound design and music production. Since then, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet many like-minded people with whom I share a passion for sound.
